Vocabulary

Format (v): 1- to organize or arrange text, especially on a computer, according to a chosen pattern.
E.g.: You need to format your CV in a way that makes it easier to understand.

Amateur (adj): 1-  taking part in an activity for pleasure, not as a job:
E.g.: He’s an amateur astronomer.
E.g.: He was an amateur singer until the age of 40, when he turned professional.

Neat (adj): 1-  tidy, with everything in its place.
E.g.:Your house is always so neat – how do you manage it?
E.g.:She likes everything neat and tidy.
E.g.:You have such neat handwriting.

Sloppy (adj): 1- not taking care or making an effort.
E.g.: Spelling mistakes always look sloppy in a formal letter.
E.g.: Another sloppy pass like that might lose them the whole game.
