the summary of “Iron Fist Official Way” which I am reading:
Mr. Tao was an ordinary officer in the Government of Fen Country. Later He worked for Mr. Gu Ping who was the Secretary of Fen Country Party Committee. Unfortunately, Mr. Gu retired early because of a few mistakes he made. So Tao was sent to a remote town as a deputy chief Executive. He had to re-start his career from scratch.
Since then, Tao still worked very hard and did a lot for the people under his rule. He was very careful and very strategical to get along with his colleagues because of his potential political rivals but he didn’t know. After several years of hard working and a long bitter struggle, he became the major of Fen Country, he eliminated his political opponents basically and dealt greatly against the corruption with an iron fist.

Summary of “Iron Fist Official Way”, which I am reading:

Mr. Tao was an ordinary officer in the Government of Fen County who was later promoted by Mr. Gu Ping, the Secretary of the county‘s Party Committee. Unfortunately, Mr. Gu had to retire early because of a few mistakes he made, so Tao was sent to a remote town as a deputy chief executive and had to re-start his career from scratch.
Since then, Tao still worked very hard and did a lot for the people under his rule. Knowing there were potential political rivals among his colleagues, he was very careful and strategical, and tried to get along with everyone. After several years of hard working and a long bitter struggle, he became the mayor of Fen County, basically eliminated his political opponents and, with an iron fist, had a major crackdown on corruption.
