Vocabulary

Toddler (n): 1-  a young child, especially one who is learning or has recently learned to walk.
E.g.: Taking care of toddlers is a lot of work.

Propaganda (n): 1- information, ideas, opinions, or images, often only giving one part of an argument, that are broadcast, published, or in some other way spread with the intention of influencing people’s opinions.
E.g.: At school we were fed right-wing propaganda.
E.g.: The whole nation was force-fed government propaganda about how well the country was doing.

Humiliating (adj): 1- making you feel ashamed or stupid:
E.g.: Losing my job was the most humiliating thing that ever happened to me.
E.g.: The government suffered a humiliating defeat in yesterday’s debate.
E.g.: He found it humiliating to have to ask for money.

Countryside (n): 1- land not in towns, cities, or industrial areas, that is either used for farming or left in its natural condition.
E.g.: The countryside around there is beautiful.
E.g.: Every summer thousands of people go to the countryside.

Idea (n): 1- a suggestion or plan for doing something.
E.g.: I’ve had an idea – why don’t we go to the coast?
E.g.: “Let’s go swimming.” “That’s a good idea!”

Grammar

We have the huge people. – We have a huge population.

He wants to help China grow up. – He wants to help China grow.

I don’t know China history very good. – I don’t know Chinese history very well.
