Allergy (n): 1- a condition that makes a person become sick or develop skin or breathing problems because they have eaten certain foods or been near certain substances. (adj: Allergic)
E.g.: I have no food allergies.
E.g.: I’m allergic to dust.

Premises (n): 1- the land and buildings owned by someone, especially by a company or organization.
E.g.: The company is relocating to new premises.

Due Diligence (n): 1- action that is considered reasonable for people to be expected to take in order to keep themselves or others and their property safe.
E.g.: People have to exercise due diligence and watch what’s being bought on their credit cards.
