Original Homework:

I think that online shopping is more convenient for us, the office staff. We can stay at the office to do something what we have to finish immediately, just place an order online, the foods or the stuffs will be delivered on your hand. You can save a lot of times on the way to the shopping malls or restaurants, it’s really easy and fast. Another benifit is avoiding to suffer the bad weather when you have to go out for dineing or buying something. Especially in raining day, extremely hot or cold weather. Meanwhile, online shopping will help us to save more money, sellers and online companies always provide big discounts on selling season. For some anti-seasonal products, we can get 80-90% off discount.

But the things always have their opposite side. Along with more and more online shopping happened, the traffic jams and accidents on the city street are happened more frequently than before. A lot of delivery drivers break traffic regulations in order to deliver the parcels on time. Some of them even lost their lives by a traffic accident. And the integrity and honesty are also the big challenge for the people. Some sellers received money from buyer, but they didn’t send out the products timely, or the products they provided are unqualified. It makes unhappy and unfair situations in online business market.

With the progress of the time, online shopping will be developed well and healthily.

Corrected Homework:

I think that online shopping is more convenient for us, the office staff. We can stay at the office to do something that we have to finish immediately, just place an order online, the food* or the products* will be delivered to your hand.

You save a lot of time that you would otherwise spend going out. (or) If we did not have online shopping, we would spend a lot of time going out. Additionally, if I couldn’t shop online, I would have to deal with bad weather; especially on a rainy day, when it’s really hot, or when it’s really cold. Moreover, online shopping helps us save money; online sellers always provide big discounts for out-of-season products. For example, buying a swimsuit online during winter would be much cheaper than buying it in-store during the summer.  But there is a dark side to everything. As more and more people shop online, traffic jams and accidents are becoming more frequent than before. A lot of delivery drivers break traffic regulations in order to deliver the parcels on time. Some of them even lose their lives in a traffic accident. At the same time, integrity and honesty are a big challenge for sellers. Some sellers receive money from a buyer, but they don’t send out the products timely, or the products they provide are of poor quality**. It creates unhappy and unfair situations online.

As time goes on, online shopping will continue to evolve.

*The nouns “food,” “stuff,” and “time” are uncountable; as such, the plural form is not used.

**The word “unqualified” means “without qualifications,” and is used to describe a person with poor work experience. It does not mean “of bad quality.”
