e.g. We are making good progress with our fundraising. We have already hit our second goal (we can measure the money we have raised against some goals that we set for certain times)

Capitalize – to raise money to start or expand a company
Capitalize on – to take advantage of a lucky situation and try to get the full benefits from it
e.g. While our competitors are trying to reorganize domestic operations, we will capitalize on their transition period by expanding quickly into a new market.

Overarching – one thing which includes or underlies many others
e.g. Our overarching purpose is to make money! That’s why we do all the things we do.

When it could be unclear, you can use “of”
