(So be careful with 让)
Long-winded – to use a lot of words to express a very simple idea; 啰嗦

Winded – to be very tired and breathing heavily
e.g. After running to Smart English, Candy was winded.
Inefficient – not efficient
This period vs. Right now – a period has a beginning and an end, but if we say “right now,” it doesn’t matter when it began or ended
Grammar
But my speak – But my speaking
— Here we need a noun, not a verb
You speak a lot of – You say a lot
Always in travel – I am always traveling for business / I am always going on business trips
— You travel for a reason
— You go on a trip, or to do something
(“On” here is related to “trip,” not to “go”)
If “go on” is being used to mean “continue,” then you use with
e.g. We will go on (continue) with our meeting even though Jack is not here.
e.g. We will continue with our trip after a few days of rest.
Different from: We will go on another trip after a few days of rest. (This is a new trip.)
Speaking exercise
Always in travel, business trip. So, we are developing a new product in this period and launch on the first of December. So we need to find a new supplier and make prototypes and review and modify some design. First, we will work with our supply quality engineer. At the same time we need to start prototype making. Because our plant worker didn’t read the English, we need to explain them all the technical specification. I will travel in the last days to see the prototype situation.
