Several days ago when I am at work, two French come to our ward. The man looked that he had a ache. Someone told them they should go to our ward, but I didn’t know how to tell them that they should go to emergency first. They seemed they didn’t understand me, so I was sorry for that I can’t help them. I just search the dictionary for emergency and outpatient clinic. They couldn’t get treatment by going to ward. They need make appointment first.
