Write a business email describing a part of your new training plan.
Write about your job, either in general or something that happened recently.

Vocabulary

Rigid – firm and unchanging, something that doesn’t bend
e.g. His morals are rigid; he never makes exceptions.

Insulated – separated from other similar things
e.g. The Mainland economy is insulated from the global economy. The Recession of 2008 did not affect it too much.

Comprehensive – including everything (adj)
e.g. This insurance plan is comprehensive. It even includes dental!

Grammar

From States – From the States

To see it becoming their career path – To see it become their career path
— Either is possibly correct, but the context is different. The first is if you want to tell me about their development as it is happening. The second is to talk about how you like to bring people in and see them develop in general.

Sponsor fitness coach – sponsored fitness coach
— A sponsor is someone who pays; the one who is sponsored receives the money.

Pronunciation

Fitness – the “i” is short, like in fish; not long like in “I”
The “t” is a final, and so it creates a tiny, tiny space between the two parts
