I went to the University today because (today; for emphasis) I started Chinese class. I have class twice a week for three hours. I returned to this University because in this University they have a speaking and listening Chinese class. So, I need to practice my Chinese. I knew Chinese girls/women in my class. In my class twelve girls and one man. They are of different nationalities, like Japanese, Korean, Mongolia, and Australia.

Another option:
I returned to this University because they have a speaking and listening Chinese class.
I returned to this University because it has a speaking and listening Chinese class.
I returned to this University because there is a speaking and listening Chinese class

But NOT:
I returned to this University because in this University it has a speaking and listening Chinese class. (it changes direction in the middle)
Yo volví a esta Universidad porque en esta Universidad tiene una clase de escuchar y hablar chino.
