Writing exercise

Original

I changed my job, it was harder than before. But I still follow my old boss. Past week, it was a rough week, I have been over work for 7 days. Every day I made Pow point until 2 AM. Yesterday, my husband talked to me, he said“ it’s not worth for working so hard, even the salary just increased less thousands.” I answered, It was not about money, the salary just a little part of me to change my job, but I want to learn more.  The fact is, I am 30 years old now, It’s hard to study now things. I insist on you need follow the world change and you won’t be left by world. And I am so lucky, in this selfish world, I got a good master, she has patience to teach me things.

I changed my job recently; it’s even harder than before—but I am following my old boss. This past week was rough. I have been overworked for 7 days now. Every day I stay up until 2 AM making Powerpoints. Yesterday my husband told me: “the extra money isn’t worth working this hard/the extra money isn’t worth it”.

I answered: it’s not just about money/it’s not about the money, the salary is just part of the reason why I changed my job; the main reason is that I want to learn more. The fact is, I am 30 years old now, it’s hard for me to study new things. I believe the world is always changing, so we need to change too, or we will be left behind/I believe we need to change with the world or be left behind by it. I am so lucky; in this selfish world; I have a good master/boss; [she has patience with me and teaches me many things]/she has patience to teach me things.
