I think its not a good or bad question because the willingness of birth depends on the needs of the couple, so I don’t think it’s a good way to control by policy.

I don’t think it’s a question of whether it’s “good or bad”. I think it more depends on the needs of the couple. I think it’s a personal decision and not one that should be dictated by policy.

Because if you have no money you can’t marry because the price of housing is very expensive especially in T-1 cities, and the cost for educate child is very expensive. I think the child is a luxury. I think it will no any rewards from the child if you invest most on them.

Because if you don’t have money, you can’t get married — because the price of housing is too expensive — especially in Tier 1 cities and the cost of educating a child is also very expensive/and the educations costs for children are very expensive. I think having children is a luxury. There will be no reward for investing all you have in a child.

So your life quality will decrease. And especially for some womans they needed to pay more attention to their children if they have one or two more, maybe they have not enough energy to focus on their works and even on their husband.

So your quality of life will decrease, and especially for some women  who now will have to pay more attention to their children especially if they have one or two more; perhaps they won’t have enough energy to focus on their work or even on their husband.

not fairness to the woman in the workplace. When we choose the same candidates one is man another is woman, we will choose a man first because they will not have maternity leave and it will save cost for company. So if the girl want to win the boy she should be more understanding than the man.

Not fair for women in the workplace. When we have the choice between two candidates — one being a man, the other being a woman — we will typically choose the man first because he has no need for maternity leave, and it will save money for the company/will reduce costs for the company. So if a girl wants to beat the boy for the job, she needs to outshine the man.

Talk to me about another controversial government or political or economic policy of China. Tell me why it’s controversial. Try and do a business topic.

Policies always server for politics and economy, especially in China which is a one-party state. Although I think the Chinese Population Policy is not humanized, it definitely contribute to the development of China. In 1982, Chinese government issued the one-child policy in order to control the fast growth of populations. the achievement is obvious that the birth rate had decreased from 3.34% to 12.1% during the period of 1970 – 2012 which released the pressure of environmental resource,

Policies always serve the needs of political parties and the economy, especially in China which is a one-party state. Although I think the CH population policy is not humane, it definitely contributed to the positive development of China. In 1982, the Chinese govt issued the one-child policy in order to curb fast population growth. The results were obvious: the birth rate had decreased from 22 to 12% during the period of 1970-XXXX which released the pressure on environmental resources.

Nevertheless the new question came to us 30 years later after the one-child policy, the labor shortage and aging population was urgently need to be solved by Chinese government. Then the two child policy issued on the end of 2011 and second child policy issued on the 2016, but the result was still against our wishes, the birth rate has decreased continuously in the past 2 years. Why the young people have low willingness to have 2nd child even 1st child. The reasons could be talked on today’s class.

Nevertheless a new question has arisen 30 years later/after the one-child policy: How will the Chinese govt solve the issue of labor shortage and an aging population? Then the two-child policy was issued at the end of 2011 and the second-child policy was issued in 2016, but they still didn’t bring the desired results; the birth rate has decreased continuously in the past 2 years. Why do young people have such a low willingness to have a 2nd child, or even a 1st child for that matter/now that I’m thinking about.
