I think not free, because first reason is: the doctor is limited, and hospital limited too — not many rooms, like China…so many people. 1.7B people. So everyone go to hospital, I think doctor room and medicine not to give them. So I think the doctor or medicine will be level…1, 2, 3 level. Rich people use high level medicine, and poor people use low level medicine, and rich people maybe live. Poor people may try to help. But in Shanghai, has expensive hospital, very many people, and the system is very confused. I went to 10 AM in the morning….my number is 600. Before me, 300 people waiting for, so I must waiting for after 1 hour.
