I had a good attitude and in this company my boss her attitude is very strong and the business department didn’t like her, and she let me just do like her, and I feel – I don’t want to because I think everything needs communicate and even though they follow my rules OK and I advise it and they don’t agree with me, and they need to shoulder the responsibility, but I want to do my best to comunaite with Hema dn everyone like good attitude and if you are very strong and they will push back and I think it’s not good for our case or project, and now in April there is a new boss be my boss’ boss and he is a Japanese and I think his attitude is good and he would like to communicate with business department, so I think this is the right attitude, when I first time get to my company, I’m confused if my former attitude / formal is not rich but this time my new boss came I think my attitude is good / right, we need more communicate is good for our job.
