I have many reasons about this – one reason is that I have more power / authority on my position – I can face to general manager / report to the general manager report human resource works. The next reason is the company is joint venture, and I can speak more English – I have more opportunity to speak English. And the third reason is I think the company platform / development is more range than state owned company – because restoring soils in Chinese – so few companies can do this things – so the company has more professional skills about restoring soils, so they can get more big process / processes. And the last reason is the salary is more higher than before.
