e.g. My professional qualities include:

identify / 识别
e.g. I identify fashion trends from foreign luxury fashion brands that are highly appealing to Chinese buyers.

under-qualified / I do not have all of these three characteristics above.
over-qualified / My university degree, my background, my experience and my skills are better than this job. I deserve a better job.
e.g. For Nina’s first sales job she was highly over-qualified.
