To be honest that’s very popular in L’oreal that’s a part of this company’s culture, but very negative culture it’s a very negative part. I think for the woman women, if they have the professional skills and they want to have a shortcut pass to the top, I think it’s a [viable] strategy for them. The key is not which method they use, the key is when they win this position, can they handle the things for this position. If they can, which means they know what they can do [they know what they are capable of], what capability they had, then the only thing they don’t have the opportunity or the duration is too long, they want to have a shortcut.

And for men, if you have two choice, you have two candidates in your team, both of them have the capability to win this job, and one of them they want to contribute more…like sleep with you…why they don’t choose this?…She is not qualified for this position, even she want to sleep with you, you will put you in a very risky situation.
