Memory is very important to us，and I searched the encyclopedia website and found out many names in memory. The most normal are long-term memory and short-term memory. Long-term memory is something that can last from a few days to a few years. It is different from short-term memory, which lasts only a few seconds to a few hours. There are many ways to improve your memory in your daily life. The important thing is that you should be a careful person who can improve your memory and form a habit in everytime. Trust your memory and always remind yourself to remember what you must remember “can remember”!And keep a keen interest in the world. Interest is the first power of memory. Take as much interest in the object of your memory as in your “lover”.
