Fully understood that the event format will end in Oct 31st, however, based on the actual situation locally, I am afraid it is impossible for us to arrange all events dates in Oct.

As per the latest delivery information from local merchandising team, the sneakers will arrive in China stores until the mid Oct earliest which means that the event date has to start after the mid Oct for safety.

And there will be 6 stores across China to hold events according to retail team’s feedback, all of them would like to have events on weekends due to more traffic than weekdays.

The problem is that there are only 2 weekends from mid to late Oct (Oct 19th & 20th, Oct 26th & 27th). Considering the factors including manpower and props etc., it is really hard to make it happen to arrange 6 stores over 2 weekends (that is, 3 stores in 3 different cities on the same day).

We will absolutely follow your format dates if we could, but please kindly understand our unexpected case, many thanks!
