·           LA asked A&Z confirmed whether the changing matter needed to confirm with Shanghai Arbitration Commission in advance(A&Z always said the reason why the changing frozen account was difficult to carry forward was that they couldn’t got in touch with the Judge of Executive Tribunal of Pudong District People Court. Avoiding to wrong direction, LA hereby remind them).A&Z said that they should submitted the application to SHAC first after they got the reminder from LA.in order to ensure the changing account matter execute smoothly, LA advice A&Z that they should communicate with the law firm which SMC entrusted about the changing account matter in advance.

LA asked A&Z to confirm whether the change should be confirmed by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (A&Z said earlier that the reason why it is difficult to advance with the change of the frozen account is that A&Z can not contact the executive tribunal of Pudong District People’s Court. In order to avoid the A&Z direction error, LA hereby prompts). After being prompted by LA, A&Z indicated that it should first apply to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the change of frozen account, LA suggested that A&Z and SMC commissioning Law Institute should communicate on the change of frozen account first.
