As we all know，drunk driving is very dangerous in our life，so drivers must not drink after driving but recently we can always see the news about drunk driving. Many people were injured or even killed in the accident. Such as the accident in chongqing，4 people were killed and 9 serious injured. These people are injured not only have body pain, but also their families are have been hurt ，too. They maybe scarred for life. But the driver only payed money and a few years in prison. Law in China if someone drunk driving and cause a serious accident，He will have 3 to 7 years in prison. Killed someone, but the driver only needs 7 short years to confession，a lot of people think it’s unfair. We need to change not only the law but also to make people remember not to drink after driving and don’t think you will lucky not to see the police.
