With the recent negative market feedback for fabric Era on some lounge seating and to keep quality stability, we have decided to remove Era from Cwtch, Primeter, Track, Riverbend and Realm, effective March 15, 2019. Apologize that there is no transition time because of avoiding quality complaint risk.
For Cwtch, Primeter,Track and Realm, we encourage you to direct your clients to Grade D fabric which with high GP%.
As regard Riverbend, to create international alignment for fabric offering on this product, we will continue to add new fabrics on it. Now we are processing fabric test, and new fabrics are coming soon.
