Vocabulary

fill out (v): 1-to write or type information in spaces that are provided for it:

fit (v) [illness]: to have a fit (= sudden attack of uncontrolled movements)
E.g.: Coughing fit

get rid of something (v): 1-to remove something that you do not want any longer:
E.g.: I can’t wait to get rid of that ugly old couch.

Recently, Shanghai’s air quality is quiet bad, you can see a lot of white flocculences float to you from everywhere.
Someone told to me that is kind of plant’s seed from Japan. It’s like dandelion. When you breath it into your body or some organs, it will stay there and hard to delete or move, that’s horrible!!! you can also image what will hurt into your body.
Today, when Chairman Xi had speech to NPC（national people’s congress), he had a cough about 1 minuet, that’s situation was less happen in the media. Colleague made a joking that Chairman Xi will ask every province to increase the level of improve air environment

Today, when Chairman Xi had (delivered) a speech to NPC（national people’s congress), he had a cough fit for about 1 minut, that wasn’t situation was less happen in the reported by the media. A colleague of mine made a joke that now Chairman Xi will ask make every single province to work harder on  increase the level of improving the air quality environment
