Writing exercise
Because in a company, we are standing in a different point and with different view, although we have a same mission, vision and valuation.
Unfortunately, our department will be re-organized, my report line will be changed. That is impact on me a lot because I am not sure if other functions will change their manner or still put my projects in a higher priority.
Yesterday, I had a call with the director to discuss about it and wanted to keep the original report line. But he said reorganization is consistent to our company strategy which decided by our leadership. He said sorry to me and confirmed nothing will be changed. I failed, but I think I should be more positive. Future will be better.
Because in the company, we are all taking different positions and with different points of view, even though we have the same mission, vision and values. (we share the same values)
