gossip (n):conversation or reports about other people’s private lives that might be unkind, disapproving, or not true（有关别人隐私的）流言蜚语，闲言碎语，闲聊
E.g.: Her letter was full of gossip.

My boss want to do something different for  work.  It mean that many people may be fired, I feel so sad. My company maybe changing, the event company become the design company. Because my boss is a  3D designer, she fell the event company is so tired. Also my boss  want me to work in the company, I think work by event so I feel stuck with my job. My boss is helpful with me, I like her and I am not self-confident find a new job.

My company is maybe going to change industries, from an event company it will become a design company. Because my boss is a  3D designer, she fells that the event company is tiring/not bringing enough profit/没有带来足够的利润. Also my boss  wants me to stay working in the company, I like to  work in the  event industry so I feel stuck with my company. My boss is helpful with me, I like her and I am not self-confident enough to try to  find a new job. so
