Speaking exercise

I am look forward my job. I give the interview, but the company is far away from my home like it JinShan District. I don’t want to go to the company to interview. I am still in my recent company. For me I think my weakness is degree, because degree is lower. I hope my annual salary is 200,000¥, on this level, your degree should be MBA or Master. All my companies are state-owned enterprise, a lot of companies don’t want HR manager comes from state-owned enterprise, they think the people are very lazy.

I am looking forward to start with  my new job. I had a scheduled  interview, but the company is far away from my home it is in JinShan District so I decided not to go   to the company for the interview. I am still in my current company. Personally I think  that my greatest weakness is a degree, because my degree is lower. I hope that my annual salary will be/reach 200,000¥, for this salary level , your degree should at least be MBA or Master. All my previous companies were state-owned enterprises. a lot of companies don’t want HR managers coming from a state-owned enterprise, they think the people working in such companies  are very lazy.
