Vocabulary

procrastinate (v): 1-to keep delaying something that must be done, often because it is unpleasant or boring:
E.g.: I know I’ve got to deal with the problem at some point – I’m just procrastinating.
E.g.: When it comes to housework, I tend to procrastinate.

day-to-day -happening every day as a regular part of your job or life:
E.g.: day-to-day problems/responsibilities

frying pan/ grill pan

seasoning (n): 1-a substance, especially salt or pepper, that is added to food to improve its flavor:
E.g.: Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
E.g.: Adjust the seasoning to taste.

reminisce (v): 1-to talk or write about past experiences that you remember with pleasure:
E.g.: My grandfather used to reminisce about his years in the navy.

Speaking exercise

I went Colombia in May I was very happy because I saw my family and my friends ate my favorite food. The principal reason was so my mother and my family everyday I was with each one of them, they prepared for me my favorite food and review somethings that we were recalling the past events. The first day I try to reunite with my family in Pereira, and another day I tried to reunite with my family in Bogota. That days we enjoyed a lot, we made BBQ another day we go out to know some places and ate traditional food of  these two cities.
