strategy (n): a detailed plan for achieving success in situations such as war, politics, business, industry, or sport, or the skill of planning for such situations

consumer orientation-消费者导向
A service offered by companies that focuses on the internal and external needs of a business’s customers. Consumer orientation establishes and monitors standards of customer satisfaction and strives to meet the clientele’s needs and expectations related to the product or service sold by the business.

E.g.: There are several elements to a marketing concept, of which the two most important are understanding consumer orientation and adapting a systems approach.

consumer (n): a person who buys goods or services for their own use

predict (v): to say that an event or action will happen in the future, especially as a result of knowledge or experience

trend (n): a general development or change in a situation or in the way that people are behaving
