lazy (adj): 1-not willing to work or use any effort
懒的，懒惰的
E.g.: Managers had complained that the workers were lazy and unreliable.
经理们抱怨工人们懒惰而且不可靠。
E.g.: Get out of bed, you lazy thing!
起床了，懒蛋！

resignation letter-辞职信

resign (v): 1-to give up a job or position by telling your employer that you are leaving辞职；辞去（职务）；放弃（工作）
He resigned from the company in order to take a more challenging job.
他从这家公司辞职以便能够从事更有挑战性的工作。
She resigned as director.
她辞去了董事职务。
I’ve asked him to resigned and he said,no.

lousy (adj):very bad
糟糕的，差劲的
E.g.: lousy food/service
糟糕的食物／服务
E.g.: a lousy book
糟糕的电影
E.g.: I had a lousy weekend.
周末我过得很糟糕。

He has failed to fulfill his duties as a manager.
他没有尽到做经理的责任。

demote (v)-to lower someone or something in rank or position使降职，使降级
E.g.: The captain was demoted (to sergeant) for failing to fulfill his duties.
上尉因为没有完成任务被降职（为中士）。
E.g.: I believe that he should be demoted cause he’s a bad worker.

promote (v):to raise someone to a higher or more important position or rank
提升，晋升
E.g.: If I’m not promoted within the next two years, I’m going to change jobs.
如果我在今后两年内得不到提升，我就换工作。
E.g.: She’s just been promoted to senior sales rep.
她刚刚被提升为高级销售代表。

Nervous-紧张

In this week I talked with my colleague to ask him to resign his job, but he said, no and I told him- you can make decision on this friday to be demoted to a position of  my assistant or you will write a resignation letter to me. Then I found he put the mobile phone on the desk and recording our discussion then he looked like very nervous and take the phone run out of my office and said ” See you in Friday!”

Then I found out thet he put the mobile phone on the desk and that he was recording our discussion then he looked like very nervous/he seemed to be very nervous 他似乎很紧张 at the end of our conversation he took the phone and run out of my office and said/saying ” See you on Friday!”
