Grammar

We pronounce THE in two ways depending on whether the sound which comes after the is a vowel or a consonant:

/ði:/ before vowel sounds
/ði: eksɪt/ the exit
/ði: æpəl/ the apple

/ðə/ before consonant sounds
/ðə ti:m/ the team
/ðə ju:niən/ the union

Vocabulary

My hotel would be a theme hotel.

Rooms would be decorated like Dali or Lijiang/ The rooms would be decorated in different styles/ Dali/Lijiang styles.

blanket-毯子，毛毯,a flat cover made of wool or similar warm material, usually used on a bed
E.g.: She covered him up with a blanket.

rug(n):1-a piece of thick heavy cloth smaller than a carpet, used for covering the floor or for decoration小地毯；垫子
E.g.: My dog loves lying on the rug in front of the fire.

discomfort (n): 1-a feeling of being uncomfortable physically or mentally, or something that causes this不适，不安；令人不适（或不安）的事物
E.g.: You may feel a little/slight/minor discomfort for a few days after the operation.
