Vocabulary

mention (v): to speak about something quickly, giving little detail or using few words
提及，说起，谈到
E.g.: I’ll mention your ideas to John.
E.g.: He casually mentioned (that) he was leaving his job. 他不经意地提到他要辞职了。

co-owner (n): 1-a person who owns something such as a house or a company together with another person, or other people:
E.g.: He is co-owner of a construction company, based in Shanghai.

shareholder (n): 1-a person who owns shares in a company and therefore gets part of the company’s profits and the right to vote on how the company is controlled

E.g.: …a shareholders’ meeting.股东大会
E.g.: You’re not on the board, Joe; you’re only a minor shareholder

board (n): 1- the group of people who are responsible for controlling and organizing a company or organization

load-bearing (adj): relating to how much something can carry

fasten (v): 1-to (cause something to) become firmly fixed together, or in position, or closed

E.g.: Make sure your seat belt is securely fastened. 请务必将您的安全带系好。

fasten sth on, together, etc.-to fix one thing to another

tension –(STRETCH) The tension of a wire or rope is the degree to which it is stretched.
