atheist (n): 1-someone who does not believe in any God or gods:

agnostic (n): 1-someone who does not know, or believes that it is impossible to know, if a god exists:
E.g.: Although he was raised a Catholic, he was an agnostic for most of his adult life.
religious (n): 1- having a strong belief in a god or gods:
E.g.: He’s deeply religious and goes to church twice a week.
