Unfortunately sad to say, we still should prepare weekly report for some reasons as blew:

1.Even if other team handed over the concept planning, but we still focus on our department’s main business/ professional work which need present on the weekly report.
2. As a professional team that include 7 people, no doubt we must assessment of every team member promotions. Depend on this , the weekly report can prove that.
3. Weekly report can help our big boss to know what was our department to do and next to do so that he can make a right judgment in the future.
