captivate (v): 1-to hold the attention of someone by being extremely interesting, exciting, pleasant, or attractive:
E.g.: With her beauty and charm, she captivated film audiences everywhere.

captivating (adj): E.g.: a captivating performance

tend (v): 1-to be likely to behave in a particular way or have a particular characteristic:
E.g.: We tend to get cold winters and warm, dry summers in this part of the country.
E.g.: Clients usually tend to make unreasonable demands

intend (v): 1- to have as a plan or purpose:
E.g.: We intend to go to Australia next year.
E.g.: I’ve heard that she intends to leave the company.

restrain (v): 1-to control the actions or behavior of someone by force, especially in order to stop them from doing something, or to limit the growth or force of something:
E.g.: She was so angry that she could hardly restrain herself.

confine (v): 1-to limit an activity, person, or problem in some way:
