Vocabulary

pursue (v): 1-to follow someone or something, usually to try to catch him, her, or it:
E.g.: The car was pursued by helicopters.
E.g.: The hunters spent hours pursuing their prey.

stamina (n): 1- the physical and/or mental strength to do something that might be difficult and will take a long time:
E.g.: The triathlon is a great test of stamina.

chord (n)-和弦,  three or more musical notes played at the same time:
E.g.:She played a few chords on her guitar.
E.g.:a C major chord

hidden agenda-幕后的动机a secret reason for doing something:
E.g.:The prime minister denied that the new visa requirements were part of a hidden agenda to reduce immigration.
