scented (adj): 1-having a pleasant strong smell, usually because a pleasant-smelling substance has been added to it:

inspect (v): 1- to look at something or someone carefully in order to discover information, especially about their quality or condition:

inspector (n): 1-someone whose job is to officially inspect something:
E.g.: a tax inspector
E.g.: a school inspector/an inspector of schools
E.g.: The inspector declared the meat fit for human consumption.
