Writing exercise


I appreciate my son has a good perseverance.
After my son got the Tonsillectomy and an Adenoidectomy, he just can eat soft food.
My son has a good appetite, loves steak and sweet food.But now, he can’t use his tooth to bite the food, because hard food can easily scratch his wound. It’s a big challenge for him.
When my son took a bread and ask me ,” can I eat bread without milk?” I said, you can’t. and then I told him reason. but he didn’t listening, just put the food down. Insist of eating porridge and soft noodles for a half of month.
My son is great, he can control himself and control his mouth.

My son has a good appetite, he loves steak and sweet food. But now, he can’t use his teeth to bite (chew) the food, because hard/solid food can easily scratch his wound. It’s a big challenge for him.
When my son took a bread and asked me ,” can I eat bread without milk?” I said, you can’t, and then I told/explained him the reason/why. but he didn’t listen, but at the end he just put the food down. I have to Insist on him eating porridge and soft noodles for a half of month.
My son is great, he can control himself and control his yearning.

yearning (n): 1-a strong feeling of wishing for something, especially something that you cannot have or get easily:
E.g.: I suppose it’s because I live in a city that I have this yearning for open spaces.
