Vocabulary

workload (n): the amount of work to be done, especially by a particular person or machine in a period of time

E.g.: Teachers are always complaining about their heavy workloads.

Third Party
A generic legal term for any individual who does not have a direct connection with a legal transaction but who might be affected by it.

receivables (n): (business 商) 应收款项
money that is owed to a business
E.g.: The total of receivables has doubled from 2013.-该公司应收款项总额较2013年翻了一番。

grace period (n): extra time you are given to pay money you owe without losing something or paying an additional amount

interest (n): money that is charged by a bank or other financial organization for borrowing money
