Good growing environment is really important for children, it’s always give them positive influence and good example. That is why children become good or bad person who living in different family(don’t compare within economic condition).
I believe that is influence power, it means what you have some good examples in your family, like your parents.
Now I’ll show you a story what is a person who give me a positive influence. He is my uncle who is my mother’s old brother.
When I was a student in the middle school, my uncle was being a good business man. He studied in Japan(worked by himself and payed for schooling), then did some international trading between Russian and China with his buddies. When he came back to Shanghai, he did a lot of different business, such as run restaurant, plant trees then sell to the government, and house sells agency. In that time he also can got some new things fairly early, for instance use mobile phone and buy a new car.
In my mind, I really admired and respected to him. I also want to be a person who was like my uncle.
In 2002 winter, I came back to Shanghai from Hefei city where was my army’s place. I needed to decide where I can do in the future, meanwhile I had two choices, one was return to my previously company, because I was applied to join in military in there. Another one was I can find a new job.
My uncle came to my home and had a conversation with me, He asked me, did you want to be a GM in company? How many percentage that you can be a GM in the future. If your answer was no, so you should think something more clearly and you also should created a new chance for yourself.
When I memory the experience of my teenage time, I always thank for my uncle.

Children grow up to be good or bad people, depending on their family situation (not including economic factor).
I believe that influence is power. Every child will have role models, and their first ones will be their parents.
