Last week my family did-its a tradition in the middle of july. On the chinese calendar. The chinese tradition is about on that day the hell open and the gods will come to the world. Some are our family members who died before. So we should make a dinner for them, and burn some money. My family do this every year. We make chicken and fish and tofu. The ritual lasts for three hours. We should ignite the candle firstly, wait and put what we cooked on the table, invite the family members who died before to come here. We cant touch the desk and table because we think they are on te tabel. So we let them eat until the candle burns out. Then we burn the money to them.
