Attached are the check list and main relevant photos for the bags at Winland that I took on my visit on Jan 15th.
Today I only checked 200 bags, no critical defects were found. However, I found these minor defects during my inspection.
- The warning label printed on all the Polybags is missing the letter “T”
- The shoulder bag master carton GW is actually 6.3kgs, but the weight printed on the master carton is 6.8kg.
- The kid’s backpack master carton only has 3 layers of cardboard as opposed to the usual 5 layers. There were 8 bags per carton but the OD shows 6 per carton
- The kid’s backpack master carton GW is actually 1.52kg, but the weight printed on the master carton is 1.23kg.
Tomorrow I will inspect more bags for further defects.
