Wish – to want; to hope
ie. I wish I was a little bit taller.

Independent – To be free; to able to do things by yourself
ie. I hope to be more independent.

Hometown – The place where you grew up.
ie. Shanghai is my hometown.

Quick – fast
ie. The falcon is the quickest animal on earth.

The teacher will make a lot of homework. – The teacher will give us lots of homework.

Grammar

Also like – I like them both

I usually go to shanghai university and play basketball with some people. – I usually go to shanghai university to play basketball with people. (Incorrect preposition)

I always live in China – I have always lived in China.

Swim – Swimming

China sport is good – China’s sports teams are good.

Speaking exercise

I do not like Chinese class. Im not good in Chinese. Just some Chinese homework and I didn’t know how I can do it well. – I don’t like Chinese class. Im not good at Chinese. I had some Chinese homework recently and didn’t even know how to do it. 

It is just there are some fires and the will *BOOM* and the house and people will die and its dangerous so…but we much time we cant know when will the fire go out. – Volcanoes can erupt and the fires can destroy homes and kill people. They are very dangerous and we never know when they will explode. (Word order, Sentence clarity)

In China my parents where i go they go with me together. I want to do things by myself. – In China my parents are always with me. I’d like to do things by myself.
