Ingredients – food materials
eg. There are not many ingredients to make a cheese sandwich.

Toxic – 有毒
eg. Too much social media can be toxic.

Jittery – when you shake from having too much energy
eg. Too much coffee makes me jittery.

Executive – Someone who is high up in a business; premium
eg. He is an executive for the airline so he gets to fly for free.

Pot – a metal bucket for cooking

Pan – a metal flat thing for cooking

Stove – a kitchen item where flame comes out for cooking

Boil – to cook in water
