Office politics

I think a company is a bit like a small society. Every company’s employee have different personalities. To deal with a thing, different people will have different opinions because of their own personalities and experiences. People will get along with the person who has the similar personality like themselves. So you will find that the company is divided into several groups. Although adults avoid arguments because they don’t like confrontation, sometimes it is unavoidable.
But my company is a Japanese company and the fight is not a common thing. Most people control their feeling even though they don’t agree any more.On the other hand, people will complain about somebody or something behind the back. Whether you like it or not, it will happen around you. I think if you don’t like the person and also maybe they don’t like you. Who knows. Don’t pay much more attention to it. Job is a job and private thing is private thing. Don’t gossip about others and just do yourself when you are in the office.

Office politics

I think a company is like a small society. Every company’s employees have different personalities. People will have different ways to/take different approaches to deal with a problem because of their own personalities and experiences. People will get along with the person who has a similar personality like themselves. So you will find that the company is divided into several groups. Although adults avoid arguments because they don’t like confrontation, sometimes it is unavoidable/inevitable. But my company is a Japanese company so confrontation is not a common thing/is uncommon. Most people control their/hold back their feelings even though they don’t agree any more. On the other hand, people will complain about somebody or something behind their back. Whether you like it or not, it will happen around you. I think if you don’t like a person maybe he/she also doesn’t like you too. Who knows, don’t pay too much attention to it. Work is work, but you should keep your private life separate. Don’t gossip about others and just be yourself when you are in the office.
