In February, we had 15000 employees in China. Now, we only have 9000 employees in China. I signed the employee external contract with a third-party, not Zara. The position was provided by a boss who was left in the company last year. I have only 3-4 months to find a new job.

The first job I was worked as a receptionist in the hotel. Then I had a chance to work in a company in ZJ district to work as an assistant in the team for 3 years. After that, I found another job in ZS park work as team assistant in sales team. Then I got married. My sister is working in HR department and she told me there was no plans in her company. I know it’s not very easy.

The economic situation is not improving bit by bit due to the covid-19. I have no idea if my boss would like to renew my contract. I hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
