First, I think smile is the most important. Then I think focus – you need to focus on the person when they are talking to you. I think you need to move frequently than just stand. When talking with others, the topics you need to choose those public topics not individual topics. I don’t that kinda topics.

I think sometimes when you receive other feedbacks from other person that will sometimes change the impression of that person. Even if you have not really seen the situation, but other people will give you the information. There is one person who is another team’s head. I will communicate with her she is all good but if I communicate with her suborbinates they will have a bad feedback of her.
