genius: very very smart 天赋,天资;天才
perform outstandingly in their area/field
subjective: based on feelings rather than facts 主观的
eg. Beauty is a subjective feeling.
eg. Her opinions are mostly subjective.
some people are born with it/naturally talented/skilled
bonus: a good extra thing
eg. Being born talented is an added bonus, but you need to work hard to stand out.
eg. Living within walking distance from your workplace is an added bonus.
emotional intelligence/EQ
extra: more than what is normal
eg. During winter I’ll sleep with 2 blankets for extra warmth.
eg. She has two jobs to earn extra money.

They must love the things what they doing very much. If for you it’s just a job, you cannot put all your heart into it. For example, some famous film star, I think other people can say, they are crazy when they do their jobs. I think some people, like me I always do the things objectively, but for me, I think they should be on the subjective. Some people maybe work very hard, but they might not be able to reach the level as genius.
