It’s my strength, I have experience in organizing leadership. First, I have some clear standards before I recruit people.
● The members of leadership have the same Values as the company.
● Among the members of leadership, their skills, responsibilities and Strategic perspective are complementary. In this way, we can better make decisions based on the views of leadership and jointly create revenue for the company.
● Similar position experience and industry experience
I prefer headhunting, internal recommendation and Linkin in the recruitment method
The former, it has more connections. The second, knowing ourselves and being able to adapt and integrate into the team faster, reducing friction. The last, I can see more professional knowledge and professional experience of the interviewer on Linkin. And Linkin is more global, I can also find many excellent overseas talents to find China. This is a kind of talent reserve.
