3 – We are a foreign company and most of our managers are from abroad. We now want to switch to a Chinese leadership for our organization in China. How can you help with that?
It’s my strength, I have experience in forming a leadership. First, I have some clear standards before I recruit people.
● Same values
● The complementarity of leadership
● Similar position experience and industry experience
I prefer headhunting and internal recommendation in the recruitment method.
The former, it has more friendsourcing. The latter, knowing ourselves and being able to adapt and integrate into the team faster, reducing friction.
Finally, identify incentives and responsibilities to mobilize the enthusiasm and potential of leadership.

Reading you resume, it seems you haven’t worked in a foreign company before, what kind of challenges do you think you would face?
As we all know, the styles of state-owned enterprises and foreign companies are different. I think that I need to adapt quickly to the working style and ways of thinking. of foreign company is a challenge I need to face.
State-owned enterprises have a more flexible working style. They will have internal communication, and then approve documents accordinly . In contrast, foreign companies implement strictly the rules and regulations.
Both of the methods have advantages and disadvantages. State-owned enterprises will need to overthrow the projects  they have done before due to a sudden leadership change. In state-owned enterprise, the phrase “Spoken word flies, the written word remains” is very common.. While Foreign companies respect the criterion while recruiting or training staffs. , they communicate through emails. 
Active learning is good thing in foreign companies, and foreign companies encourage employees to express their ideas. Foreign companies are results-oriented.
What I will do is to combine my experience with the actual working methods of foreign companies, learn from each other’s strengths, and help the company to solve problems from multiple perspectives. I will also communicate with the relevant departments to understand their needs in time.

2 – Our company currently has a problem. Our employee turnover is much higher than the industry’s average. What would you do to help to solve the problem?
First I will analyze it and find the root. Then I will improve in various ways:

we can improve company culture, create sense of attachment for employees

we also formulate company regulations and rules, help new employees have their career development. 

in our company, they can improve their skills, degrees, experience.

Find a way to tap into employees’ needs for recognition, challenge and belonging.
