Every one will have challenge in their life and job, all of difficulties are totally different, such as how to get promotion in career, how to find much better customer in your business, and some confusions in your family with your relatives.

In my situation, I focused on my job and business, if I hope everything to be better, I need to think and worry about more details. so the anxieties will always around me.
The competitions are really hard in trading industry in 21 century , so my best challenge was in my business when I running a trading company in the ending of 2011.
In the summer of 2011, my customer gave me a order that was a large amount of cosmetic bag what people can collect different cosmetic things in it and carry it on their travelling. I got it in a lowest price because I faced a competitive tender. I needed to pay attention in that project, especially the customer required me to print a big picture on the surface that it had many colors, some shapes were very thin, like human hair.
About in September, I finished produce and deliver it to my customer’s warehouse. When they opened the boxes, they looked at almost every bags printing was damage, so they didn’t accept that in the end.
I went to the customer’s company to explained the reason of quality, I also told them what I can made the new goods and solve the problem. So I used about more than 1 month in the factory of Zhejiang province during the October to November. When I delivered the goods to the warehouse in second time, they accepted. then after 1 months late, they told me that goods also had the same quality of printing, but they didn’t let me knew the situation of the goods.they also said what they didn’t pay the money to me, through the communication what they still keep the original opinion. That was bully the small by the big
My schoolmate introduced a lawyer who help me to prosecute them and got the payment of second goods. My mate also borrow me some money to made the goods in second time. I felt more thankful to him.
Finally, I pass the it.

In my situation, I am more focused on my job and business, if I want things to turn out for the better, I need to think and worry more, as a consequence, I always suffer with anxiety problems. 
The competitions are really hard in the trading industry in 21 century , so my hardest challenge was in my business when I was running a trading company near the end of 2011.
In the summer of 2011, my customer gave me a purchase order which was a large amount of cosmetic bags which people can use whenever at their wish. what people can collect different cosmetic things in it and carry it on their travelling. I got the purchase order in the lowest price because there were other competitors. I needed to be detail-oriented in that project, the customer specifically required me to print a big and colourful picture on the surface that it had many colors, some shapes were very thin, like human hair.
In the middle of September, I finished the production and delivered it to my customer’s warehouse. When they opened the boxes, most of the bags’ printing/prints were damaged, so they didn’t accept the package.

I went to the customer’s company to explained the reason of quality, I also told them that I can remake the products and solve the problem.  It took me about more than 1 month in the factory of Zhejiang province from the October to November. When I delivered the goods to the warehouse in second time, they accepted the order. then after 1 months/ one month later late, they told me that goods also had the printing quality problems, but they insisted on keeping the goods and refused to pay at all..they also said what they didn’t pay the money to me, They refused to communicate. That was bully the small by the big
My classmates/ peers  introduced a lawyer who helped me to prosecute them and got the payment of the second goods. My classmate also lend me some money to produce the goods one more time. I really appreciated his help.
Finally, I overcame the difficulty/problem.
